01 General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered or prospective user (hereinafter "Player", "you", or "your"), and jataace (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the jataace website or any associated mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies published on this Platform.
Important: If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jataace platform. Continued use after the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.
1.1 Amendments to These Terms
jataace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. The most current version will always be published on this page with a clearly displayed effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Material changes that significantly affect player rights will be communicated via a platform notification wherever reasonably practicable.
1.2 Governing Language
These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any conflict arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail in all circumstances.
1.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in any respect, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be construed as if the severed provision had never been included.
02 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the jataace platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform.
18+ Only: You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on jataace. Registering on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to use your account, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
2.1 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to register and use jataace, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Be a natural person (corporate entities may not register as players);
- Be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you;
- Not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of jataace or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person;
- Not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by jataace or any recognised responsible gaming body to which you have voluntarily submitted your details.
2.2 Age Verification
jataace reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the Platform. Acceptable documentation includes a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Where age verification is requested, access to certain account features — including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay — may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of the verification process. Any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be withheld until verification is complete.
2.3 Geographic Restrictions
jataace primarily serves the Bangladesh market. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your specific location. We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction outside our primary market. Do not use the Platform if doing so would cause you to breach any applicable law.
03 Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of services available on jataace — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must first register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at the time of registration is a breach of these Terms.
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on jataace. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device fingerprints — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, jataace reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and confiscate any bonus funds or winnings derived from such accounts.
3.2 Account Credentials
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jataace will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at support@jataace.
For your security, we recommend using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website. Enable any two-factor or additional authentication options offered by the Platform as soon as they become available to your account.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
As part of our commitment to safe and secure gaming, jataace may require players to complete identity verification procedures before processing withdrawals or at any time we deem necessary for compliance purposes. You may be asked to supply one or more of the following:
- A copy of a government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence);
- Proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months);
- Proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number);
- Source of funds documentation if deposits exceed certain thresholds.
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.
04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on jataace are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other participating institutions. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also accepted where available.
4.1 Deposits
Deposits are typically credited to your jataace account balance within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from your payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary depending on the payment method selected. jataace does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. Processing times vary by method but are typically completed within 24 to 72 hours of a verified withdrawal request being approved. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:
- Your account must have passed any applicable KYC verification;
- Any bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed;
- Withdrawals below the published minimum threshold will not be processed;
- jataace reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving any withdrawal.
4.3 Currency & Exchange
All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in BDT. jataace does not operate multi-currency accounts. If your payment provider applies any currency conversion, the resulting exchange rate and any associated fees are entirely the responsibility of the payment provider and are outside the control of jataace.
4.4 Player Funds
Player funds deposited with jataace are held separately from operational funds. Your balance represents a debt owed by jataace to you and is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to verification and the conditions set out in these Terms. Deposits are not investments and do not earn interest.
Anti-Money Laundering: jataace is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities and to freeze or close any account associated with suspected financial misconduct, without prior notice.
05 Bonus & Promotional Terms
From time to time, jataace offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, as well as these general bonus conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who complete their first deposit on jataace may be eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player once only. To qualify, your first deposit must meet the minimum deposit threshold published on the promotions page at the time you register. The bonus will be credited to your account automatically upon qualifying deposit confirmation.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as playthrough requirements). This means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Key conditions include:
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are listed in the promotion details;
- Bets placed in excess of the maximum bonus bet limit will not count towards wagering requirements;
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting;
- Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements within the applicable time limit will expire and be removed from the account balance along with any associated winnings.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
jataace monitors all accounts for patterns of bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using automated software or bots to meet wagering requirements; placing bets on both sides of an outcome to reduce risk while fulfilling wagering requirements (also known as "bonus hedging"); and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and may have their account permanently closed.
06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the jataace platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a way that is not available to ordinary players manually;
- Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer any game, odds calculation, random number generator, or software component of the Platform;
- Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or any other activity that distorts the fair outcome of a game or bet;
- Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
- Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with the Platform;
- Accessing another player's account without authorisation or attempting to do so;
- Disrupting, overloading, or otherwise interfering with the infrastructure or security of the Platform;
- Reproducing, copying, publishing, or distributing any content from the Platform without our express written permission;
- Using the Platform if you are subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with jataace or any responsible gaming body to which you have submitted a voluntary exclusion request.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct: Any player found to be in breach of these obligations may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, any pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation, and any winnings accrued through prohibited conduct forfeited. jataace reserves the right to report criminal conduct to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
6.1 Player Responsibility
Gambling carries inherent financial risk. By using jataace, you acknowledge and accept that you may lose some or all funds deposited. You agree to gamble responsibly and within your personal financial means. jataace provides responsible gaming tools to support this commitment, but the primary responsibility for managing your gambling behaviour rests with you.
07 Intellectual Property
All content available on the jataace platform — including but not limited to software, code, game titles, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the exclusive property of jataace or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7.1 Limited Licence
jataace grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:
- Download, copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content other than for personal use;
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
- Use any jataace trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that is likely to cause confusion or damage to our brand;
- Sub-license, sell, resell, transfer, or commercially exploit the Platform or any of its content.
7.2 Third-Party Content
Certain games and content available on jataace are provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners. jataace makes no claim of ownership over third-party licensed content.
08 Account Suspension & Closure
Either you or jataace may close your player account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
8.1 Voluntary Closure by Player
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting the support team at support@jataace. Before closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after the deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be paid out to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Account closure does not automatically trigger a self-exclusion — if you are closing your account due to gambling-related concerns, please explicitly request a self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming page.
8.2 Closure by jataace
jataace reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:
- The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
- The player has provided false or unverifiable identity or payment information;
- The player is found to be ineligible under Section 2 (Eligibility & Age Restriction);
- The player's account shows patterns consistent with fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
- jataace is required to close the account by law or by order of a competent authority;
- The account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
8.3 Effect of Closure
Upon closure of your account — whether voluntary or initiated by jataace — your licence to access the Platform is immediately revoked. Any bonus funds or promotional credits held at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with the reason for closure: where closure results from a breach of Terms, jataace reserves the right to withhold all or part of the balance pending investigation.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The jataace platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jataace makes no warranty — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall jataace's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jataace shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, system failure, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
